Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of game hosting services provided by Minecraft74 ("we", "us", "our"). By ordering or using a service you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide game server hosting, related control panels, backups and network connectivity. The resources, features and pricing of each plan are described on the pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity performed under your account. You must provide accurate contact information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the services to:

• host content that is illegal in the European Union or the country of the server location;
• distribute malware, conduct phishing, fraud or unauthorized access to third-party systems;
• send spam or operate botnets;
• attack, scan or overload other networks or services;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

We may suspend services immediately if we reasonably believe a service is being used in violation of this section or is causing harm to our network or other customers.

4. Billing

Services are billed in advance. Invoices are due on the date shown in the client area. Failure to pay may result in suspension and eventual termination of the service. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

5. Refunds

New services are eligible for a refund within 48 hours of the initial order, provided the service has not violated these Terms. Renewals are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Our current and historical availability is published on the status page.

7. Backups and data

We provide automated backups as described on the pricing page. You remain responsible for keeping independent copies of important data. We are not liable for data loss caused by customer actions, software bugs or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time from the client area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate a service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment or abuse.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the client area at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the services after that date constitutes acceptance.
