How fast is my server deployed?
Provisioning is automatic. After payment is confirmed, your server is created on the panel in under 60 seconds. You will receive the panel login and server address by email immediately.
Can I install modpacks and plugins?
Yes. The panel supports Paper, Purpur, Spigot, Forge, Fabric, NeoForge, Velocity and BungeeCord. You can install a modpack from the built-in installer or upload your own files through the file manager.
Do you offer DDoS protection?
Every plan includes always-on Layer 3/4/7 filtering with 2.4 Tbps of capacity. Attacks are scrubbed at the edge, before traffic reaches your node. No extra configuration is required.
How do backups work?
We take automated snapshots every 24 hours and keep seven days of history on separate storage. You can also create manual backups at any time from the panel and download them.
Can I migrate from another host?
Yes, migration is free on all plans. Open a ticket with your current host and we will move the world, plugins, configs and databases for you, usually within a few hours.
What is your refund policy?
New services are covered by a 48-hour money-back guarantee, provided the server has not violated our acceptable use policy. See the Terms of Service for details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, PayPal and major cryptocurrencies through our billing provider. Invoices are issued automatically and available in the client area.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from the panel. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Your world and settings are preserved.
Do you limit player slots?
No artificial slot limits. The number of players you can host depends on your plan, the server software and the modpack. If you are unsure, contact us and we will size it for you.
Where are the servers located?
Our game nodes are in Frankfurt (DE) and Amsterdam (NL), both connected to major internet exchanges with redundant transit. You choose the region when ordering.
